Fuller Technologies seeks a Control System Engineer to design, program, test, document, and support industrial control systems for process applications. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver practical control solutions meeting technical and project requirements.

The role covers system design, configuration, testing, FAT, commissioning, and site testing, with collaboration across engineering disciplines and external partners to ensure project success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial controls, automation or process control.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control system documentation, and technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Execute control systems engineering, design, configuration, and programming activities for assigned projects and process areas.
• Develop and configure control system solutions, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related automation systems as applicable.
• Design and configure industrial communication and network solutions within established engineering standards.
• Support integration of control systems with equipment, instrumentation, and other plant systems.
• Prepare system documentation, specifications, drawings, manuals, and other technical deliverables.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation in accordance with project and company requirements.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and FAT.
• Participate in Commissioning and Site Testing.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within assigned areas and
• Provide technical support to internal and external engineering resources.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to coordinate control system requirements and interfaces.
• Provide work progress updates and communicate technical issues, risks, and requirements to the appropriate leader.
• Apply established engineering standards, processes, and practices to assigned work.
• Support continuous improvement of control systems engineering methods, tools, and documentation.
• Promote a culture of personal and team safety and consider the safety of others who may be affected by the company's operational activities.
