Ariston Group in Lombardy, Castel Cerreto, is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee inbound materials and support plant production in line with targets.

You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate logistics activities, monitor inventory and KPIs, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to improvement projects.

The role offers a competitive salary with a short-term incentive program and is covered by the Metalmeccanici Industria collective agreement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for corporate reporting.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Logistics experience required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate warehouse team and logistics activities.
• Manage inbound materials and related costs against budget/targets.
• Ensure organization and storage of inbound materials in the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with Production to execute the production plan.
• Supervise and control logistics KPIs and reporting.
• Coordinate Logistics Plant meetings and project updates.
• Suggest and implement investments to improve logistics.
• Guarantee legal and safety compliance.
