Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is seeking a Logistic Manager to ensure efficient inbound material flow to support plant production and compliance with regulations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads the warehouse team.

You will monitor inventory, manage inbound costs, and drive KPI performance while coordinating with Production and cross-functional groups.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for corporate reporting.
• Leadership and people management skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate warehouse team
• Manage inbound materials – related indirect costs with respect of relevant budget and efficiency targets
• Ensure the proper organization and storage of inbound materials within the warehouse
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with Production to ensure the effective execution of the production plan
• Supervise and control all logistics KPI
• Coordinate Logistics Plant meeting, sharing running projects, results, targets
• Investments suggestion and implementation
• Guarantee legal and safety compliance
