JINGDONG Logistics in Lombardy (Milan area) seeks an experienced Inbound Team Leader to supervise a team handling inbound goods, optimize workflows, and ensure accuracy in receiving and storage. The role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and cross-department collaboration to meet daily targets.

You will lead a team, drive improvements, and contribute to a high-performing warehouse operation within JD.com's global logistics network.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of inbound associates to hit daily targets.
Oversee receiving, unloading, sorting, and storage of incoming inventory.
Monitor inbound processes and drive workflow improvements to reduce cycle times.
Ensure safety, quality and adherence to procedures within inbound.
Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
Collaborate with outbound and inventory control for smooth operations.
Resolve daily issues and escalate complex problems to management.
Maintain accurate records of inbound activities and discrepancies.
