JINGDONG Logistics in Milan, Italy, is seeking an In-Stock Team Leader to oversee a team of in-stock specialists and ensure optimal inventory across the fulfillment network. You will lead stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation with a focus on maximizing availability while minimizing costs.

You will analyze sales data and forecasts to identify stock risks, drive inventory turns, and report performance to senior management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management or supply chain ops, with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis; Excel and SQL experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of In-Stock Specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily execution of inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and improve product availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor KPIs related to in-stock rates, inventory accuracy, and lead times, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and inventory status to senior management.
