adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Italy to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive a premium consumer experience, and lead the team on the shop floor. You will coach staff, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, and ensure store processes meet brand guidelines.

You will help recruit, onboard and train new hires, monitor KPIs, and contribute to profitability while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion. Fluent in English and Italian is required.

• Minimum 18 months retail experience (sports/fashion preferred), with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive performance.

Your Role and Impact

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For In You

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English and Italian
