Scalapay is seeking an In-Store Operations intern for a 6-month program, based in Paris or Milan. The role requires on-site presence at least three days per week, with remote days allowed and a two-week Milan training before deployment.

You will support merchants during and after integration, coordinate with Sales, Account, and Product teams, and help ensure smooth activations and high-quality in-store experiences.

Competenze

• Fluent in French and Italian (native or near-native).
• English at least B2 level.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Available for a 6-month internship, on-site 3 days a week with remote days.

Mansioni

• Join merchant presentations and support the sales process.
• Support upsell initiatives with the account team.
• Train merchants to use Scalapay and sell with it.
• Activate new in-store merchants and manage integrations.
• Communicate with merchants via phone and email.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
• Support after-sales activities and store visits as needed.
• Collaborate with Merchant Support to implement new processes.
• Oversee in-store marketing initiatives.
