Sephora Bologna Farini is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide a pampering shopping experience and expert beauty guidance. You will greet customers, tailor consultations, and build relationships across a dynamic team in a flagship store.

You will support daily store activities and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. The role requires a high school diploma, strong English skills, and prior experience in beauty retail or related areas.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English for customer interactions.
• Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced multinational retail environment.
