JD Logistics is seeking an In-Stock Team Leader to ensure optimal inventory levels across our fulfillment network. You will lead a team of In-Stock Specialists and drive stock availability while continuously improving processes.

You will analyze data, coordinate with procurement, merchandising and logistics, and implement strategies to maximize service levels and minimize costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar inventory management software).
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting techniques, and supply chain dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of In-Stock Specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the daily execution of inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and improve product availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor KPIs related to in-stock rates, inventory accuracy, and lead times, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and inventory status to senior management.
