D-Orbit in Lomazzo, Italy, is seeking a Project/Subcontractor Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, including subcontractor management, within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and value delivery for clients.

This role offers a base salary range of €38,000–€48,000 gross per year plus performance-based variable pay, and on-site collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Excellent risk, issue, and change management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Onboard subcontractors and manage agreements and performance.
• Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical, quality, and contractual standards.
• Identify and mitigate subcontractor risks and dependencies.
• Serve as liaison between subcontractors and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Track project budgets and forecast costs.
