D-Orbit is seeking a Program Manager based in Fino Mornasco to plan, monitor, and manage company projects from strategic planning to implementation and control. You will draft, edit, and deliver proposals for grant applications or budgets and support data for the sales team.

The role requires collaboration with Technical, Sales, Administration, and Production departments to ensure successful delivery. The position offers exposure to a dynamic, fast-growing high-tech sector with opportunities to

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination and management, preferably in aerospace.
• Knowledge of project management techniques.
• Experience in aerospace projects from structured/dynamic environments.
• Technical background with understanding of space technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in team and individually.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure performance.
• Perform risk management and eliminate blockers.

• Document steps using project management tools.
• Maintain customer communication during execution.
