Job summary

Piaggio Aerospace is seeking an Import/Export Finance Specialist to join the Finance team. You will develop expertise in international trade finance within a regulated aerospace environment and report to Administration, Finance & Control.

You will support financial and administrative management of import/export activities, ensuring compliance with customs, tax, and accounting, collaborating with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Treasury teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or import/export operations.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and accounting activities related to import and export transactions.
• Process and verify supplier invoices, including international vendors.
• Review shipping, customs, and trade documentation.
• Ensure correct execution of import/export administrative procedures.
• Support VAT and indirect tax compliance for international transactions.
• Reconcile purchase orders, shipping documents, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Assist Treasury in managing international payments and related documentation.
• Interface with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and overseas suppliers.
• Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

Compensation

- Gross Annual Salary: ranging from €30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience and skills.
