Job summary

Piaggio Aerospace invites undergraduates or recent graduates to join its Administration, Finance & Control team as a Finance Intern, gaining hands‑on experience across accounting, treasury, and controlling while developing a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance processes.

You will work alongside experienced finance professionals, supporting day‑to‑day management of key financial processes and contributing to analysis and reporting activities that support business decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent graduate pursuing or holding relevant degrees.
• Knowledge of accounting, treasury and controlling concepts.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Support invoice issuance, verification, and accounting entries.
• Verify administrative and financial documentation.
• Contribute to month-end and periodic financial closing processes.
• Assist Treasury in managing cash collections and payments.
• Support controlling activities, including cost analysis and management reporting.

Finance Intern (Internship) - Accounting, Treasury & Controlling

We are looking for a motivated undergraduate or recent graduateto join our Administration, Finance & Control team as a Finance Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across accounting, treasury, and controlling activities while developing a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance processes.

Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will support the day‑to‑day management of key financial processes and contribute to the analysis and reporting activities that support business decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• - Support accounts receivable andaccounts payable activities.
• - Assist with invoice issuance,verification, and accounting entries.
• - Verify administrative andfinancial documentation.
• - Support general accountingactivities and account reconciliations.
• - Contribute to month-end andperiodic financial closing processes.
• - Assist Treasury in managingcash collections and payments.
• - Monitor cash flows and supportthe preparation of financial reports.
• - Support controlling activities,including cost analysis and management reporting.
• - Gather and analyze data tosupport financial and business performance reviews.
• - Collaborate with differentbusiness functions on administrative and reporting activities.

Requirements

• - High School Diploma inAccounting or equivalent qualification.
• - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• - Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• - Fluent English and Italian – excellent written and spoken skills.
• - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• - Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• - Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
• - Good analytical and numerical capabilities.
