Job summary

You will structure complex challenges, coordinate activities, analyze data, monitor performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients. Growth and international exposure are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in management consulting, PMO, or data analytics.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and stakeholder coordination.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Business Transformation: plan, coordinate, and monitor transformation projects; define milestones; manage stakeholders; track deliverables.
• Data Analytics & Performance Management: collect and analyze data; develop KPIs; create dashboards with Power BI/Tableau; translate findings into actions.
• Client Engagement & Consulting Development: understand client needs; communicate progress; contribute to proposals; progressively lead workstreams and client relationships.
