Job summary

Altman Solon in Milano seeks a driven consultant to deliver strategic projects in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space. You will own a key project workstream, manage complex analyses and turn findings into compelling client-ready insights and presentations.

Ideal candidates have MSc or MBA, at least one year in management consulting with TMT exposure, and a passion for TMT. Strong quantitative and communication skills in Italian and English, plus teamwork.

Qualifications

• MSc or MBA with excellent academics.
• At least one year in management consulting with TMT exposure.
• Passion for Telecommunication, Media, and Technology.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent Italian and English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery: own a key project workstream and deliver results.
• Analytical tasks: conduct sophisticated market modelling and business plan assessments.
• Insight development & communication: translate findings into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
• Client relationship management: collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment throughout the project.
• Team development: mentor and support junior team members.
• Firm building: participate in trainings, committees and internal initiatives.
