Job summary

Edgewing is seeking a Senior Product Owner/Project Manager to maximise product value and oversee end-to-end delivery. This hybrid role splits time between Italy and a secondment to Reading, UK, shaping vision, prioritising the backlog, and guiding cross‑functional teams across architecture, engineering, security, and testing.

You will translate business goals into epics and user stories, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with wider program objectives and governance

Qualifications

• Strong product management capability with vision setting and prioritisation.
• Excellent backlog management to decompose work into features and user stories.
• Balance technical, business, compliance, and risk in prioritisation decisions.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication to bridge users, business and engineering.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, security, testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maximise product value by shaping and maintaining a clear, user‑centric product vision aligned to business objectives.
• Maintain a transparent, prioritised product backlog reflecting strategic priorities and user outcomes.
• Translate business goals into well-defined features, epics, and user stories with clear value.
• Lead structured project planning, governance, milestones, and alignment with programme objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure delivery quality and learnings are fed back.
