Job summary

Edgewing is seeking a Senior Product Owner/Project Manager to optimize value delivery and oversee end-to-end product outcomes. This hybrid role balances strategic ownership with structured project leadership, ensuring governance and timely delivery aligned to program objectives.

You will translate business objectives into a transparent backlog, lead planning, manage risks, and coordinate with architecture, engineering, security, testing, and business analysis partners.

• Strong product management capability including vision setting and value driven decisions.
• Excellent backlog management with clear, actionable features and user stories.
• Ability to balance technical, business, compliance, and risk considerations in prioritisation decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication across users, business teams and delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, security, testing, and business analysis.
• High analytical thinking to translate business problems into structured product needs.
• Ability to manage conflict, ambiguity, and drive clarity in complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Maximise product value by shaping a clear, user centric product vision aligned to objectives.
• Maintain a transparent, prioritised backlog reflecting priorities and stakeholder needs.

• Act as central liaison between users, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

• Uphold quality standards by validating increments meet acceptance criteria.
• Ensure timely delivery through oversight of progress and blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and delivery insights.
