Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in Rome, Italy, seeks a Franchise Head for Immuno-Oncology Marketing. The role leads the IO franchise, develops and implements marketing plans to achieve sales, market share and strategic goals, and manages a team of brand managers.

Based in Rome with ~25% travel (national and international), you will drive forecasting, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining budget discipline and strong leadership across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other master preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
• Experience in marketing with product launch execution is mandatory.
• Experience in managing direct reports.
• Experience in coordinating cross functional team.
• Fluency in business level English is required.
