IMI is seeking an IMI Commercial Finance Specialist to lead finance activities for the LCT Leadership team. You will drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow improvements while partnering with risk and controllership to enable profitable growth.

You will translate business challenges into actionable insights, lead productivity initiatives, and drive AI-enabled automation across finance processes. Strong communication and matrixed collaboration are essential.

As an IMI Commercial Finance Specialist, you will provide financial leadership to the LCT Leadership team, partnering with risk and controllership to guide strategic decisions and growth. You will shape planning, forecasting, and reporting, and drive cash-flow improvements and risk assessment across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business challenges into actionable financial insights. A core focus is enabling profitable growth through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and the adoption of AI-driven automation to streamline finance activities.

• Provide financial leadership to the LCT Leadership team and partner with risk CoE for analyses and strategic inputs
• Participate in strategic planning and develop long-term, profitable growth strategies
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support organizational goals
• Collaborate with FP&A to develop robust financial plans aligned with goals and present clear financial reports
• Identify and monitor KPIs, enabling proactive management of targets
• Coordinate with Controllership to review balance sheet and understand operational risks
• Oversee billing and credit-recovery processes to optimize cash flow
• Lead productivity and process-improvement initiatives and drive AI/automation adoption in finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; proven finance experience
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making ability in finance contexts
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex issues clearly
