Freudenberg in Pinerolo is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage daily GL activities, post journals, accruals, and provisions while ensuring accurate records under IFRS and local GAAP.

You will support VAT and EU reporting, assist closing processes, and help with audit documentation. A 2–3 year background in accounting, advanced Excel, and SAP knowledge are preferred; fluency in English is required, and occasional international travel may be expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (equivalent) required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (R2R or similar).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Advanced Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• General Ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reversals, payroll postings.
• Ensure IFRS and Local GAAP compliant records.
• Support VAT, withholding taxes and EU reporting as applicable.
• Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting.
• Execute manual and mass payment runs and assist cash reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
