Freudenberg Group in Italy is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to manage daily GL activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reversals, payroll postings, and FX-related transactions. You will ensure IFRS and Local GAAP compliance and maintain financial master data.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and SAP knowledge, with excellent English. In this position, you may support VAT and EU reporting, month-end close, and audit preparation, with

Competenze

> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
<> 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles, R2R or similar.
<> Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
<> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

Manage daily general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reversals, payroll postings, and foreign exchange transactions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP requirements.
Support VAT, withholding taxes, and other local tax compliance; manage CoA and EU reporting where applicable.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and prepare financial reports.
Execute manual and mass payment runs; support treasury-related activities.
Assist internal and external audits and prepare audit documentation.
