Job summary

TutorYou Srl in Milan seeks a Client Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of our international tutoring services, focusing on IB, IGCSE and MYP programmes. The role suits an organized, proactive individual who has completed the IB Diploma Programme and enjoys working with students, families and educators.

You will manage client relations, coordinate tutoring schedules, support onboarding and help improve processes in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• IB Diploma Programme completed (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
• Proficiency with digital tools, spreadsheets and administrative platforms.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Client relations: act as a point of contact for students and parents, handling enquiries and ensuring a great client experience.
• Tutoring coordination: match students with tutors, schedule lessons and ensure clear communication between families and educators.
• Administrative & Back-Office Support: manage client records, update systems, organise documentation and day-to-day tasks.
• Client onboarding: support new families throughout onboarding from initial enquiry to start of tutoring.
• Operational support: work with the team to improve processes and maintain high service standards.
