Job summary

GoStudent is launching its first Tuition Centers in Milan/Piola and seeks a Centre Manager to lead the local operation on-site. This fixed-term, part-time role blends online, group, and in-person tutoring, with responsibility for marketing, sales, and day-to-day centre management.

You will coordinate freelance tutors, build relationships with students and parents, monitor KPIs, and report to the Head of Revenue. Salary depends on hours per week (20h/30h/40h), with growth-based bonus potential.

• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents for learning outcomes and satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe learning space for students and tutors
• Report to the Head of Revenue for the market
