Generali Italia is seeking a RACF & IAM Specialist to contribute to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security in mainframe environments, focusing on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role collaborates with internal teams to support secure access management and compliance activities.

You will participate in architecture, governance, and service support, including IAM lifecycle management, migrations, and standard process improvements, working with Infrastructure

Descrizione del lavoro

RACF & IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security services in mainframe environments, with particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management and compliance activities.

Architecture & Solution Support

• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments
• Support the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures
• Collaborate with teams involved in:
• IAM platforms and integration initiatives
• SIEM and monitoring solutions
• Assist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments

Security Governance & Compliance

• Support compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g. ISAE 3402)
• Contribute to access certification and privileged account review processes
• Assist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediation follow-up

IAM Service Support

• Contribute to the management of the IAM service lifecycle
• Support service monitoring activities, backlog management and SLA tracking
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow-based processes
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with the team

Projects & Technology Evolution

• Support initiatives involving RACF administration tools, including migrations and technology upgrades
• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation and solution implementation activitiesonomy
• Assist in modernization and optimization initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Provide technical expertise on IAM and RACF topics within the team
• Collaborate with:
• Infrastructure Security teams
• IAM Governance teams
• Application teams
• Support coordination activities across different stakeholders to help meet project and operational objectives
