NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks an experienced software leader to design and implement IAM/IGA solutions using C# and .NET. You will own technical delivery, drive architecture decisions, and ensure secure, scalable systems.

Responsibilities include REST API design, microservices, and collaboration with global teams. You will mentor engineers, maintain documentation, and guide knowledge transfer across the delivery organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with backend and enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET versions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA solutions and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Good understanding of software architecture patterns and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading development teams or technical workstreams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of IAM/IGA-related applications and services using C# and .NET.
• Take technical ownership of solutions and drive architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.
• Analyze complex technical and integration requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct and facilitate code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to define and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities, capturing technical know-how, architecture, operational procedures, and development practices from existing teams and partners.
• Build and maintain technical documentation to ensure sustainable knowledge retention within the team.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical development and contributing to the growth of the engineering team.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members, helping establish and grow the local delivery capability.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customer stakeholders, participating in technical workshops and providing guidance on architecture and implementation decisions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, technical modernization, and additional value creation.
• Work closely with international and distributed Agile teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-oriented engineering culture.
  

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend and enterprise application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET (.NET Core / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 or newer).
• Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access management, and access certification concepts.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs, API integrations, microservices, and service-oriented solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, integration technologies, secure coding practices, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical problems.
• Proven experience leading development teams or technical workstreams and taking ownership of technical delivery.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and providing technical guidance across development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive technical discussions, constructively challenge approaches, and influence decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership while collaborating effectively within international and distributed teams.
• Deep expertise with IAM/IGA platforms and complex enterprise identity environments.
• Experience working in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Previous experience supporting knowledge transfer, transition, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or scaling engineering teams and establishing technical practices within a new delivery setup.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-based enterprise architectures.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
