Generali Italia is seeking a RACF & IAM Specialist to contribute to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security in mainframe environments, focusing on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role collaborates with internal teams to support secure access management and compliance activities.

You will participate in architecture, governance, and service support, including IAM lifecycle management, migrations, and standard process improvements, working with Infrastructure

Competenze

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management
• Experience with Mainframe Security and RACF
• Knowledge of Identity Governance

Mansioni

• Contribute to RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments
• Define access models, roles and authorization structures
• Collaborate with IAM platforms, SIEM, and monitoring solutions
• Support compliance activities and audit evidence collection
• Assist in service lifecycle management and SLA tracking
• Plan projects, estimate effort and implement migrations
