LJB & Co is seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy.

You will manage CSA packages from procurement through final accounts, review subcontract pricing, monitor performance against budget, and prepare cost reports for senior management. 3–5 years' experience on large-scale projects and degree in QS required.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing CSA packages on data centre or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management principles.

Mansioni

• Manage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement to final accounts.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages with pricing analysis.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against budget and programme.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management.
• Assist in claims preparation and agreement as needed.
