Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a CSA Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Milan. You will work with the Commercial Manager and project teams to manage CSA packages from procurement through final account, ensuring tight cost control and robust reporting.

The role offers genuine ownership, exposure to European mega projects, and opportunities for long-term progression within a market-leading engineering group.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor managing CSA packages on large construction projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, BOQs, cost plans and profit plans.
• Produce accurate monthly valuations, applications for payment and commercial reports.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuation, certification and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and supporting documentation.
• Support cashflow management and maximise commercial returns.
