Thompson Machinery is seeking a Hose Fab Associate to build and support customer needs around hydraulic hoses, fittings, seals, and related components across all brands. You will deliver high-quality solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and help grow our hose business at a busy location.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety standards, and accurate record-keeping. Training and competitive benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required and three or more years of relevant experience desired.
• Proven experience as forklift operator is preferred.

Mansioni

• Fabricate, assemble, and test hydraulic hoses, fittings, and seals to meet customer specifications.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding hose and related solutions.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand hose services.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, customer requests, and inventory usage.
