Atlas Copco Group in Padova, Italy, seeks a Hydraulic Engineer to advance product development, conduct simulations, and design components and layouts. You will support prototype testing, create BOMs, and coordinate with Purchasing and Production teams.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, Master’s in mechanical engineering, and fluency in Italian with good English. A hybrid working model, on-site office in Padova, and competitive compensation are offered.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar required.
• Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing company (at least 2 years).
• Experience in designing, castings and machining (at least 2 years).
• Use of CFX simulation software for manufacturing products (at least 2 years).
• Use of CAD and SolidWorks for manufacturing products (at least 2 years).
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to details and data analysis skills.
• Proactive and able to successfully work in team.
• Good command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Available for national and international travel.
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Hydraulic design of components and new machines.
• Perform CFD and FEM simulations.
• 3D/2D CAD design of components, assemblies and layouts.
• Support lab during prototype development and testing.
• Create BOM for projects.
• Support Purchasing during sourcing.
• Assist Production during start-up of serial production.
• Create project documents and libraries for configuration system.
• Check product compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with TI and engineering departments and project leaders.
• Coordinate with other departments during project development phases.
