Varisco Product Company, part of Atlas Copco Group, is seeking a Hydraulic engineer to support product development and prototype testing at our Padova, Italy site. You will design hydraulic components, run CFD/FEM simulations, and contribute to BOMs and supplier coordination.

The role requires a Master's in mechanical engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with SolidWorks and CFX. A hybrid/on-site setup and onboarding program are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing company (≥2 years).
• Experience in designing castings and machining (≥2 years).
• Proficiency with CFX for manufacturing products (≥2 years).
• Proficiency with CAD and SolidWorks for manufacturing products (≥2 years).
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Proactive and able to work in team.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and Microsoft 365; Italian fluent and English good.

Mansioni

• Hydraulic design of components and new machines.
• Perform CFD and FEM simulations.
• 2D and 3D CAD design of components, assemblies and layouts.
• Support lab during the development and test of prototypes.
• Create the BOM.
• Support Purchasing during sourcing.
• Support Production during start-up of serial production.
• Create project documents: layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and libraries.
• Check product compliance with current regulations.
• Coordinate with T&I and engineering departments and project leaders.
• Collaborate with local corporate departments during project phases.
