Nidec Conversion is seeking a tendering specialist to support electrical substation projects. You will analyse RFQs, specifications and drawings, define estimating scope and prepare cost evaluations for substation opportunities.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning suppliers and internal functions to deliver complete proposals. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in tendering, cost estimation or related engineering support for substations or EPC projects, with

Competenze

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering or equivalent.
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prefer SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, estimating tools and power system analysis software.

Mansioni

• Review RFQs, tender documents, specs and drawings for substation projects.
• Coordinate dedicated tender task forces and align actions across functions.
• Provide technical and commercial instructions to Engineering and R&D teams during tender development.
• Prepare cost estimates for main substation equipment and related activities.
• Assess risks, deviations and cost drivers in tender documentation.
• Support bid reviews and handover to project execution after award.
• Participate in customer meetings and pre-bid clarifications when required.
