Nidec Conversion in Montebello Vicentino, Italy is seeking a Project Manager to lead ongoing industrial projects, coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and commissioning teams to meet scope, time, and budget targets.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Business Management, at least 4 years of experience, strong planning and communication skills, ERP implementation familiarity, and PMI/IPMA certifications are a plus.

Competenze

• Must have a standard Project Management process (PMI/IPMA is a plus).
• Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Initiate a project and develop a detailed plan with resource allocation.
• Use metrics (including financial) to track performance.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, erection and commissioning.
• Manage claims and change orders with customers and sub-suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement actions to improve margins.
• Create and maintain project documentation per procedures.
• Report progress to management.
