Q8Oils in Rome is seeking a Hybrid & Multicloud Architect to shape and drive the Group cloud strategy, aligning technology with business objectives and enabling secure, scalable hybrid and multicloud ecosystems. You will lead cloud migration initiatives, develop governance frameworks, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor engineering staff while managing vendor relationships.

Fluency in English is required; Italian or Dutch are a plus.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Information Security, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.
• Experience supporting security maturity programs across multiple units or regions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• High level of personal integrity and strong judgement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Italian or Dutch is an advantage.
• Able to prioritise and drive structured execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible and capable of guiding others through change.
