Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related field).
• 1–2 years in industrial maintenance or reliability focus.
• Strong planning, safety orientation, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance interventions and coordinate internal/contractor resources.
• Manage RAMs and Work Order flow using SAP systems.
• Develop predictive maintenance frameworks and IoT data analytics.
• Digitize maintenance processes with digital checklists and SOPs.
• Support autonomous maintenance by defining base/target conditions.
• Optimize spare parts strategy and workshop organization.
