Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel to draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial contracts for Italy and other EMEA regions. You will support PV and ESS business units, review GTCs and NDAs, and manage risk with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree with 3–5 years in PV/ESS or construction, strong contract law knowledge, and excellent English and Italian communication. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law or relevant Business-related qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in PV, Energy Storage, or Construction.
• Strong commercial focus with contract law knowledge and drafting ability.
• Experience in a Contracts or Legal department.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Pro-active approach to problem-solving and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills and report writing.
• Italian and English C1; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EMEA regions.
• Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts.
• Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents such as General Terms & Conditions and non-disclosure agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow’s principles, securing necessary approvals for major issues.
• Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with both new and existing clients.
• Create comprehensive contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of obligations and objectives.
• Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System.
