Job summary

Merkle Inc. is offering a 6-month internship for a Junior Consumer Insight Specialist.

You will contribute to quantitative and qualitative research projects, finalize questionnaires, assist with providers management, data collection, cleaning, coding, and report drafting. The role supports extracting initial insights and turning them into stories, collaborating across project phases for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communication, Economics, or relevant studies.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accurate with data review, coding, and reporting.
• Able to work in a team and handle multiple projects.
• Proactive in research tasks and asking clarifying questions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including questionnaire finalization and testing.
• Assist with providers management, data collection, data cleaning, coding and review, and report drafting.
• Extract first relevant insights and help Senior Researchers turn them into stories.
• Contribute to all project delivery phases to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Help unlock the power of data, delivering improvements in growth, efficiency, and effectiveness for clients.
