Leonardo S.p.A. IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist in Rome leads the operation, evolution and security of ICT infrastructures and platform services.

You will manage Linux/Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, storage and security controls in mission-critical settings for Earth Observation and Defence projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments
• Experience with virtualization, storage, networking and security controls

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Linux and Windows Server infrastructures for availability, performance and security
• Administer virtualization, compute, networking, storage, backup and containers
• Contribute to secure operation of infrastructures for Earth Observation and Defence services
• Configure identity, access-control and network segmentation
• Implement system hardening, security baselines and vulnerability remediation
• Develop monitoring, automation and configuration-management processes
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate remediation with teams and vendors
• Collaborate across infrastructure, application and operations teams to deliver resilient solutions
