Costa Crociere S.p.A. in Genoa, Italy, seeks a Business Platform Project Manager to evolve Costa's B2B commercial ecosystem, coordinating across countries to deliver value to trade partners.

The role sits in the Sales Excellence team at Costa's Headquarters and involves bridging business and IT for platform evolution. The candidate will drive strategic platform roadmaps, collaborate with IT and external partners, and ensure high-quality digital experiences for travel trade partners with a hybrid

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience managing digital platforms, cross-functional projects, commercial systems, CRM ecosystems, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to connect business and technology, acting as a trusted partner to commercial stakeholders and a key interface with IT teams to drive platform evolution and business value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and fostering effective collaboration across international and cross-functional environments.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and proactive approach, combined with a strong focus on continuous improvement and business impact.
• Interest in digital platforms, customer experience and technology-enabled business processes.
• Fluent in English and Italian. Availability for occasional international travel.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Power BI, CRM platforms, APIs or Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Business Requirement Management & Market Engagement: collect, understand, challenge, and prioritize business needs; translate market requirements into actionable solutions and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Digital Platforms Evolution & Continuous Improvement: support the evolution of Costa's key commercial platforms; define roadmaps; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Business & IT Collaboration: act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams; oversee delivery activities with IT teams and external vendors.
• User Experience (UI/UX) & Commercial Effectiveness: improve the user journey; optimize usability and the effectiveness of digital interactions.
• Partner Integrations & Web Affiliation: manage relationships with digital distribution partners and API integrations; coordinate requirements and implementation.
• Project Coordination & Transformation Initiatives: participate in strategic transformation projects including the Common Reservation System; support planning, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
