Siemens EDA is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager to lead a高‑performing technical sales team and drive growth across Hardware Assisted Verification. You will guide customer engagements, shape product direction, and mentor Field Application Engineers.

Regular travel up to 50% is expected. The role requires deep hardware emulation expertise, FPGA prototyping, DFT mastery, and strong leadership to impact roadmaps and customer success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong technical foundation.
• Proven leadership of technical sales or Field Applications groups.
• Deep expertise in hardware emulation, emulation offload/acceleration, and FPGA prototyping.
• Knowledge of DFT methods including scan, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, and compression.
• Power/low-power verification skills including UPF/1801 and power-aware debug.

Mansioni

• Lead Field Application Engineer team execution across technical sales activities for the portfolio.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with emulation and prototyping expertise.
• Present technical value and ROI to customers and executives.
• Define success criteria for technical engagements and differentiate offerings.
