Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Customs Specialist to coordinate EU import/export activities. Based in our Porcia office, you will ensure regulatory compliance and support smooth cross-border movement of goods in a hybrid work model (80% office, 20% remote).

The role requires 2–3 years in customs or trade compliance, English fluency, and experience with customs declarations and documentation. We offer a collaborative, international environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Import/Export Operations.
• Good understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experience with customs declarations, invoices, and trade-related documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate import and export customs declarations across the EU.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
• Classify goods correctly and determine product origin per customs requirements.
• Act as the key contact for brokers, logistics providers, and authorities.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation to verify quantities, values, pricing, and customs data.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and resolve issues to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Monitor changes in customs regulations and assess impact on the business.
• Support minimizing customs risks and cross-border operations.
• Provide and update shipping instructions for sea shipments.
