Aieng, a Rome-based AI startup, seeks an AI Engineer to develop AI-driven features for our engineering platform. You will work on local inference systems, agentic workflows, and tight integration with our .NET backend.

Responsibilities include deploying models, building RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning models for industrial domains. Collaboration with the Python and C# teams is essential in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• 2+ years of software engineering with Applied AI, LLMs, or inference pipelines.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• AI Deployment & Inference: Deploy and run open-weight models, integrating into core platform.
• RAG & Agentic Workflows: Develop reasoning agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with vector DBs.
