Kirey S.r.l. is seeking a Gen AI Engineer to design, build and productionize GenAI applications, with emphasis on agentic workflows, LLM-based solutions and cloud deployments.

You will work across product, cloud, data and security teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. The role requires proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph, and hands-on experience with RAG, API integration and MLOps.

Competenze

• 1 to 5 years hands-on experience in Gen AI / AI engineering roles.
• Experience developing LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG and API integration.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the model development lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment).
• Knowledge of design patterns, modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, testing, code review).
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, Lambda, EC2) and Databricks.
• Experience building agentic solutions using frameworks such as Strands Agents and related interoperability protocols.
• Fluent English.

• Design, develop, and industrialize GenAI applications from prototyping to production deployment.
• Develop agentic workflows and LLM-based solutions including RAG, function calling, and service orchestration.
• Design, train, and fine-tune ML models to complement GenAI solutions where traditional ML is suitable.
• Select and evaluate approaches based on use case requirements and constraints.
• Deploy and operate GenAI/ML solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and leverage Databricks for data pipelines where relevant.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code review.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including versioning, retraining, and monitoring in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions into production.
• Define standards and best practices for adopting Generative AI in enterprise contexts.
