Job summary

GELLIFY is seeking an Innovation Analyst in Milan to translate AI opportunities into concrete roadmaps. You will conduct business analysis, design AI-enabled operating models, and implement GenAI use cases for clients.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, design and technology, requiring 2–5 years in consulting or modern corporate environments, and fluency in Italian and English. Flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in leading management consulting or modernly structured companies.
• Daily use of GenAI assistants (Claude and Microsoft Copilot) with knowledge of the broader tool landscape (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, no-code tools).
• Experience as a PMO in complex contexts.
• Experience in delivery of process improvement & change & adoption programs.
• Aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Nice to have: experience facilitating training sessions or workshops with business users.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the right business solution through direct contact with the clients.
• Plan and execute business analysis (marketing strategy, organizational structure, processes) and design and implement organizational models incorporating AI.
• Collect information about the client's business through interviews, surveys, workshops, reports, and process observation—identifying improvement opportunities and GenAI use cases.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify weaknesses and their causes, and map/use case classifications by function, impact, benefit, ROI and complexity.
• Formulate recommendations and solutions through structured problem-solving, aligning with client needs and prioritizing into a roadmap with clear deliverables.
• Organize and manage specific tasks related to business projects and adoption programs.
• Conduct meetings effectively, creating clear and impactful presentations.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
