Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a structured, on-site environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and management teams.
• Familiarity with Italian and Spanish accounting practices and tax regulations; prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Integrity, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting continuous improvement in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including processing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports; maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local accounting regulations.
