Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.a. headquartered in Milan leads HVDC projects across Europe.

The role focuses on preparing accurate and competitive cost calculations for Construction & Commissioning within tender projects, coordinating with internal tender teams and external subcontractors to ensure timely submission. Ideal candidates have a technical degree with about 5 years in HVDC or similar businesses, strong English skills, and the ability to work across engineering, finance, and commercial teams

Competenze

• Bachelor or master in technical discipline.
• Postgraduate study in economics/commercial management is advantageous.
• About 5 years of HVDC or similar business experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary scopes of work.
• Excellent English communication; Italian/German/French/Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Follow C&C internal processes and adapt to project specifics.
• Represent C&C in tender meetings and ensure complete tender information.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply chain, Finance, HR, Operations and Sales to clarify issues.
• Review drawings, BOQ, man-hour estimates and subcontracting strategies.
• Analyse specifications, assess risks, and communicate cost impacts to management.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation and support handover to project execution.
