Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Customer Development Intern in Rome to gain hands-on experience across business analysis, channel and retailer GTM (including e-commerce), and project coordination within a dynamic FMCG multinational.

Ideal candidates hold a Marketing or Business Administration degree, are fluent in Italian and English, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with strong numerical skills and understanding of marketing concepts.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Advertising.
• Prior experience in Marketing, especially Trade Marketing, with launches or campaigns is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.

Mansioni

• Gain hands-on experience in business analysis and operations.

Customer Development Intern

The Customer Development Intern will be part of our dynamic organization where they will gain hands-on experience in one of our business unit, focusing on these key areas:

• Business Analysis;
• Channel and Retailer Go To Market (including e-commerce);
• Project Coordination and General Business Support, growing their understanding of operations in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Multinational environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or Business Administration or Advertising;
• Considered a plus a previous experience in the Marketing area, preferably in Trade Marketing, with product launches and/or promotional campaigns;
• Advanced or Fluent Italian and English;
• Office suit or Google Collaboration Tools and Excel;
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams;
• Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned;
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;
• Good working understanding of key marketing concepts;
• Self- starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently.
