Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. is seeking a Training & Site Compliance H&S Specialist in Milano to develop and implement the Site HSE Training & Competence Program and to govern the Site HSE Management System during startup and ongoing operations.

You will ensure appropriate HSE training for employees, contractors and visitors, maintain procedures and documents, and align activities with regulatory and corporate standards across the site.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety or other relevant scientific disciplines.
• Experience in HSE management within pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in developing and managing training programs.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva) is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the Site HSE Training Matrix.
• Define HSE competency requirements for all site roles.
• Coordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Manage contractor HSE induction and qualification processes.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and external personnel.
• Coordinate emergency response training and drills.
• Promote HSE awareness campaigns and behavioural safety initiatives.
• Manage the HSE Learning Management System.
• Maintain training records and competency documentation.
• Monitor training completion, compliance and effectiveness through KPIs.
• Coordinate periodic refresher training.
• Support the development of digital and e-learning training solutions.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System.
• Draft, review and periodically update HSE procedures, standards, guidelines and work instructions.
• Coordinate document lifecycle management within the corporate document management platform (e.g. Veeva).
• Ensure HSE documentation complies with Corporate Standards, GMP expectations and applicable legislation.
• Promote standardization of HSE processes across the site.
• Support implementation of HSE digital workflows and document approval processes.
• Develop and maintain the Seveso training and competency programme in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate standards.
• Coordinate training related to Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP), Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response.
• Ensure personnel involved in safety-critical activities maintain the required competencies.
• Support emergency exercises and drills related to Major Accident scenarios.
• Collaborate with the Process Safety & Seveso Specialist to ensure training programmes reflect current hazards, risk assessments and operational changes.
