Generative Bionics is seeking a proactive HSE Technician in Genoa to support health, safety and environmental activities. You will work with the HSE Manager, laboratory managers, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal systems.

The role combines occupational health and safety tasks with environmental management, including waste management and training coordination. A degree in Engineering is required, and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement is expected.

Mansioni

• Support risk assessment activities and maintain HSE documentation and records.
• Perform workplace inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Coordinate the implementation of HSE procedures across laboratories, workshops and operational areas.
• Assist in environmental compliance activities, including waste management and related documentation.
• Support management of chemicals, hazardous substances, batteries and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS).
• Assist in emergency preparedness, PPE management and CAPA actions.
• Organize health and safety training activities and related records.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a safe working environment.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Technician to support the Company's Health, Safety and Environment activities, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and internal management systems. Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager (RSPP), laboratory managers, and operational teams, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace. The role combines occupational health and safety responsibilities with environmental management activities, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, environmental compliance, training coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support risk assessment activities and the maintenance of HSE documentation and records;
• Perform workplace inspections and audits, supporting compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations;
• Support the implementation of HSE procedures across laboratories, workshops, and operational areas;
• Coordinate environmental compliance activities, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste management and related documentation;
• Assist in the management of chemicals, hazardous substances, batteries, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS);
• Support emergency preparedness initiatives, PPE management, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Organize and monitor mandatory health and safety training activities and related records;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to promote a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment;
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and company procedures;
