LyondellBasell is seeking a Safety & Environmental specialist for our Italian operations. You will collaborate with the HSE Manager to draft risk assessments, plan prevention measures, and monitor health and safety across facilities.

The role requires working knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and English language skills, with experience in risk assessment, incident reporting, and continuous environmental improvement. This is a full-time on-site position in Italy.

Competenze

• Technical diploma with 3 years of experience or a bachelor/master in Prevention and Protection Techniques or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and Italian law (Legislative Decree 81/2008 and 152/2006).
• Minimum experience in applying HSE topics.

Mansioni

• Provide employees with information required by art. 36 Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Identify and monitor opportunities for improvement in safety and the environment.
• Coordinate safety checks with suppliers for PPE, emergency and environmental analyses.
